If you and your partner have never danced together before, we would recommend trying out a beginners dance course where you will learn basic skills in how to move around to different styles of music. This is an ideal start to prepare for your first dance.

What to wear?

The most important thing is to wear something comfortable. For ladies wear comfortable shoes, trainers are fine, avoid high heels.
